___ Complete entry form for each submission
___ Make $25 ($35.00 after December 31, 2007 (tentative)) check or money order 
       for each submission (not each tape) payable to:
The Johns Hopkins Film Society
(Please do not make payment to 'JHFF' or 
'Johns Hopkins Society' or anything else)
___ Gather any publicity materials
___ Place screening copy, payment, and publicity materials in 
      and envelope/box. (Sorry, screening tapes will not be returned.)		  
___ Mail the whole thing to:
